On screen shows the matched files; use Download full report for every escrow file, tabbed by escrow officer. Review matches before trusting them fully.

Of closed deals where TNT was the MLS-preferred title company, how many actually closed with TNT, verified via Title Flex. Capture % = closed with TNT ÷ visible. Visibility = how many of the preferred deals Title Flex could verify. Coverage is limited to the counties and dates in your Title Flex exports.
